Brown Property Group and Henley, along with dozens of local trades and suppliers donated their time and resources to build a brand new family home at Meridian.

The Home for FightMND was auctioned on Saturday March 2nd with the Charity Home selling for $700,000. Funds raised will go towards the FightMND cause, including clinical trials, drug development and funding the best and brightest minds to try and find a cure for Motor Neuron Disease.

Roger and Tracey Leopold, the newest residents at Meridian, are thrilled with their new home.

The Fight MND Home is super impressive Emperor 38 by Henley, which, at 38 squares features 4 expansive bedrooms and 5 spacious living rooms – fully furnished with a brand new Corolla in the garage.

Mr Daniher was simply thrilled at the outcome of the sale “What a fantastic day and a great result for FightMND. It would not have been possible without Henley Properties, Brown Property Group and the volunteer tradies and suppliers for donating so generously. Knowing that more funds are heading our way for vital research is simply marvelous!”

FightMND CEO Jamie Howden said the proceeds would continue to fund world-leading research into motor neurone disease, which is a condition that progressively damages nerves in the brain and spinal cord. “It’s going to enable us to continue our work in finding a cure for MND, to fund world-leading MND medical research, to fund clinical trials, to fund drug development projects, cutting-edge worldwide research here in Australia and also overseas, all with that objective of finding a cure for MND,” said Mr Howden.
