The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95A (3) of the Commonwealth EPBC Act.

The proposed action is identified as the Residential Development at 40-46 Cyril Beechey Lane, Cranbourne, Victoria (EPBC 2019/8406). The proposed action is to be undertaken by Greenridge Properties Pty Ltd.

The proposed action is a controlled action under the EPBC Act. The controlling provisions are listed threatened species and communities (Sections 18 and 18A). The relevant matter of National Environmental Significance is Southern Brown Bandicoot (Isoodon obesulus obesulus). No other matters of National Environmental Significance are likely to be impacted. The proposed action involves residential development across the site with the exception of a tree reserve in the north-east and north-south habitat corridor along the eastern boundary.

Draft preliminary documentation will be displayed between 22/06/2022 and 6/07/2022, online free of charge and in hard copy at the following locations:
